One of the biggest mysteries of GTA V it was finally resolved, after 8 long years. As we know, there are 3 endings that the player can achieve in the game and one of them has Michael dying at the end of the game. Another brings Trevor dead and the third brings everyone surviving. Now, we finally know which ending is canon.
Thanks to the new GTA Online update, we also have a new part of the story being revealed, showing that Michael is alive. Which already takes away the first end of the move. Then we see that Trevor is alive. And the combination of these two pieces of information show that the third ending is the canon, where all 3 protagonists are alive.
Launched on December 15, the new story focuses on Franklin working at his new “celebrity solutions agency” and features Dr. Dre, who composed new music for the game.
