Prime Minister Ciuca dismissed the president of the National Agency for Mineral Resources, Daniel-Grigoroiu Norocel. He had been appointed by Florin Cîţu in April

Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca released Daniel-Grigoroiu Norocel, president of the National Agency for Mineral Resources, from the post of secretary of state, according to Agerprds. He was appointed in April by former prime minister Florin Cîţu

Prime Minister Cucă also established that Sorin Călin Gal, general director within the National Agency for Mineral Resources, to exercise the position of president of ANRM until the appointment of the head of the public institution, in accordance with the law.

The decision was published in the Official Gazette on Friday.

Sorin Gal, who has been working at ANRM since 2014, also led the Agency during 2016-2017, being also its interim president during 2018, Profit.ro reports.

Between 2012 and 2013, Gal was a member of the Oradea Local Council from PSD, and previously – general manager of Distrigaz West Oradea.
