Michael van Gerwen is in the third round of the World Darts Championship. Despite a somewhat stiff start, the Dutchman dealt with Chas Barstow fairly easily in his first match. The three-time world champion (2014, 2017 and 2019) won 3-1, just as he did in his opening game for the past four years.
