Authorities are looking for a suspect in attempting to knife and sexually abuse a woman inside a building in Queens.
According to the New York City Police report, the incident occurred on Friday, around 12:10 pm, when the suspect followed the victim, a 51-year-old woman, to the elevator of the resident’s building. .
The alleged abuser pulled out a knife and threatened the woman, prompting the victim to empty her things on the floor, the Uniformed said. However, the suspect also began to search her and from one moment to another he pulled down his pants and abused her.
The victim managed to push him, the report says, and he fled without any property.
Paramedics transferred the woman in stable condition to an area hospital.
The individual is described as a man of medium build, bald, heavyset, approximately 55 to 60 years old and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black tennis shoes and a multi-colored leggings.
