Ghostbusters actor claims a new game in the franchise is in development

The Ghostbusters franchise is in a great time, with the release of the 2009 remastering of the game and the new movie, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, fans of this classic saga are in luck. But there are still more surprises, since Ghostbusters actor claims a new game in the franchise is in development.

The actor in question has been Ernie Hudson, who plays Winston Zeddmore in the movies, confirmed during a panel at a fan convention (you can take a look at the video below) who is working on a new Ghostbusters title. It’s not just him, as his partner Dan Aykroyd (Ray Stantz in the movies) is also involved in the development of the game. From what we know of the project, it is still in very early stages of development, so we still have to wait more to see something of the title.

Hopefully, like the installment that was released in 2009, it will make us enjoy once again the charismatic group that the films presented to us, and we can accompany them on yet another adventure, full of ghosts, proton beams and ectoplasm. For now, we have to wait for the development to be officially confirmed, and trust that it will be a title at the height of the franchise.
