Ciamis News, (harapanrakyat.com),- Banjarsari Police has established a check point post at the Leuwi Arit Rest Area, Ciherang Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency, West Java, Saturday (18/12/2021).
Banjarsari Police Chief, AKP. M. Murod said that before the arrival of the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holidays, his party together with the Banjarsari Muspika established a check point post for vaccination services for travellers.
“Currently we are carrying out an innovative activity to accelerate the acceleration of vaccination,” he said.
To increase the percentage of achievement of this vaccination, continued AKP. M. Murod, apart from door to door vaccine activities, his party will also conduct weekend checkpoints at the Leuwi Arit Rest Area.
He explained that the activities at the checkpoint post were in the form of services for land travelers crossing the Banjarsari area.
“If travelers cannot show a vaccine card, we together with officers from the Puskesmas can immediately provide vaccinations. So this check point post is not an isolation post, but a health check. The goal is to make it easier for people to travel, so that we can serve those who haven’t been vaccinated here,” he explained.
HR Online monitoring, it was seen that officers conducted inspections of land travellers. The officer asked them to show the vaccine card.
