Municipality of Amsterdam closes restaurant that was shot at | Inland

AMSTERDAM – The building on the Osdorper Ban in Amsterdam that was shelled in the night from Wednesday to Thursday has been closed immediately by order of Mayor Femke Halsema. The takeout shop appears to have been shot “several times” that night, the municipality reports and, according to the police, new violent incidents cannot be ruled out. The property will be closed indefinitely due to the serious threat to public order.
