When restrictions fell and the country opened up earlier this autumn, few could envisage closed schools and home offices just two months later.
But with a new virus variant spreading at record speeds and hospitals under heavy pressure, several countries have been forced to apply the emergency brake. A number of measures have now been put in place to curb infection in Europe.
While Norway has, among other things, chosen to close down nightlife, other countries have targeted the measures in particular for one age group.
Namely children and young people.
