Ciudad Mendoza.- The citizen group Generando Soluciones, is calling on the population to donate toys, clothes and shoes for the most vulnerable at this time.
With the support of entrepreneurs, merchants and citizens of Mendoza, it is intended that Los Reyes Magos reach more children this January 6, mainly from vulnerable areas, Necoxtla, La Cuesta and neighborhoods on the periphery, Nueva Rosita, Rincón Santa Rosita, Liberation, among others.
Gustavo Sánchez Ortiz, head of the Generando Soluciones group, recalled that since 2017 they have been carrying out collections of clothes and toys for the benefit of children in the upper area, they have also promoted cultural events, workshops, talks, family events, and donations to different vulnerable groups.
He indicated that in the last toy and clothing collection day, they managed to donate 1,500 toys, therefore for this year the goal is to collect 2,000 toys.
The collection centers will install in the facilities of the different businesses that have joined this initiative.
If you wish to donate, you can find one of these collection centers inside the Morelos market in the butcher’s hall, another collection center will be installed in a well-known restaurant located in the vicinity of Miguel Hidalgo park.

New or used toys are required in good condition, clothing for both children and adults and shoes are also required.
The collection started this Friday and ends until January 5 of next year in order for citizens to have the opportunity to participate for the common good of children and citizens in vulnerable areas.
