2G in retail
The federal-state summit has one on December 2nd 2G regulation for the Retail decided. It applies in Bavaria since December 8th. Except for supermarkets and “shops for daily needs” Only customers with proof of vaccination or recovery have access. The following shops remain 2G-free: the food trade including direct marketing, beverage stores, health food stores, shoe stores, baby stores, pharmacies, medical supply stores, drugstores, opticians, hearing care professionals, petrol stations, the sale of press articles and tobacco products, mail and mail order branches, bookstores, flower shops, pet stores, animal feed markets, construction and garden centers (including the sale of Christmas trees) and wholesalers. The rules for shops with mixed supply can be found here. In all businesses it remains FFP2 mask requirement exist and it is only one customer per ten square meters authorized. In Hotspot counties may only be used in retail a customer on 20 square meters come.
