NRK veteran Ole Torp (69) has had his last working day in national broadcasting. The long-time journalist is now retiring.

The Bergen native turns 70 on December 17 and thus retires, writes Medier24.
Torp is formally employed by NRK until the New Year, but takes a holiday in the last weeks of the year.
In his 30 years at NRK, Torp has been a correspondent in the USA and China, a foreign reporter, cultural reporter and presenter. Before he came to NRK, he was in Bergens Arbeiderblad (now Bergensavisen) and Dagbladet.
