You can use AirPlay on an iPad to mirror your tablet screen or stream content to a larger screen, like your TV.
With AirPlay, you can easily stream content from your iPad to a nearby TV, streaming media player, or wireless Mac. The only requirement is that your iPad is connected to the same WiFi network as the appropriate device you want to stream to. Depending on your needs, you can stream images or videos from an app or mirror the entire iPad screen.
How to use AirPlay to stream from iPad to TV
1. Make sure your iPad is connected to the same WiFi network as the suitable AirPlay device you want to stream to.
2. Start the app with the content you want to stream.
3. Tap the AirPlay button. Usually you’ll find it by tapping the Share icon first, but you might have to explore a bit – there isn’t an exclusive standard place where all developers put the AirPlay button.
