When Sandra Bullock (57) took over the luxurious condominium in 2014 from fellow actors and “Friends” star Matthew Perry (52), it looked very different. Renovated from the ground up, she changed the rooms to a more open concept that now creates more space and light. Ceiling-high sliding glass doors provide an unobstructed view of the breathtaking LA skyline. If that’s not enough, you get a concierge, a porter and valet service, as well as shared amenities such as an in-house fitness center, sauna and large pool.

Sandra Bullock’s apartment has famous neighbors on 31 floors

The Oscar-winning actress is selling her apartment in the so-called “Sierra Towers” for the equivalent of four million euros. The skyscraper is a true celebrity in the city of angels because it is home to countless well-known celebrities. Current residents include the director and actor Adam Sandler (55), Kelly Osbourne (37), daughter of the metal veteran Ozzy Osbourne (73), Courteney Cox (57), known from the cult series “Friends”, and several billionaire entrepreneurs. But Cher (75), Elton John (74) and Lindsay Lohan (35) have already lived here and have enjoyed the exclusive pleasure of the predominant clientele here. Last but not least, the proximity to the world-famous Sunset Boulevard and the surrounding trendy West Hollywood district make the 31-story skyscraper designed by the architect Jack A. Charney so attractive.

It is not known why Bullock is selling the apartment. What you do know, however, is that she still has a second apartment in the building. The actress has a large real estate portfolio that makes many other millionaires pale.
