2,004 people have been newly infected with coronavirus in the past 24 hours. This is 45 cases more than yesterday, according to data from the Unified Information Portal.
During the past 24hrs, a total of 28,810 tests were performed, 5,075 of which were PCR and 23,735 antigenic. 6.95% of those surveyed are infected.
81.19% of the new cases are of persons who have not been vaccinated. 453 people were newly admitted to hospital, and 83.66% of them were not immunized.
The cases of coronavirus confirmed in Bulgaria at the moment are a total of 718,651. Of these, 95,813 are active. The total number of cured persons is 593,074. 1,950 were registered for the last 24 hours.
A total of 4,961 patients with proven coronavirus infection were hospitalized. Of these, 587 are in intensive care facilities.
3,523,523 doses of vaccines have been delivered in Bulgaria so far, 17,185 of which – in the last 24 hours.
76 people died. 88.16% of those who lost the battle with the disease were not immunized. Thus, the total number of deaths from coronavirus reached 29,764.
