Argentine footballer Nicolas Otamendi was reportedly attacked in his own home on Monday.

“The player and his family are fine despite the problems they face after this event,” the club said in an official statement. According to the British media, the former Manchester City player was attacked on arrival from Benfica’s match against Famalicau (4: 1). He was then forced to open the door behind his wife and child.
