The national government increased the trust for the SIBOLIVIA loan to Bs 1,261 million, which has a fixed annual interest rate of 0.5%. To access the loan, applicants must meet at least seven main requirements.
According to data from the Productive Development Bank (BDP), the SIBOLIVIA loan is aimed at micro, small, medium and large entrepreneurs, who need operating and / or investment capital for the production of consumer goods and / or raw materials of agricultural products and manufactures that substitute imports.
This credit is granted by the BDP and Banco Unión, the interested parties must meet seven requirements (described below), which can be presented at any of the offices of these two financial entities installed throughout the national territory.
The first requirement is to be the owner of the productive unit to which the financing will be allocated.
The second is to present an accreditation of home stability and of the productive unit (greater than 1 year).
The third implies having experience in the activity of one year for micro-enterprises and three years for SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and large companies.
The fourth establishes not to have overdue, in execution or written-off debts in the financial system at the time of the request and disbursement.
The fifth is not having links with officials of the institution where the loan is requested.
The sixth requires demonstrating the ability to pay and borrow.
The seventh indicates that you must have an active Tax Identification Number (NIT) of the Simplified Tax Regime or the General Regime.

This month, the Government promulgated Supreme Decree 4631 by means of which the Bs 911 million of the SIBOLIVIA trust is increased Bs 350 million, with which that fund has Bs 1,261 million, according to data from the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy ( MDPyEP).
This trust is one of the first measures that the Government of President Luis Arce implemented, through Supreme Decree 4424 of December 17, 2020, to reactivate the production of national companies, which were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
