Moravetsky – Nord Stream 2 poses risks for the EU

The best response to the risks posed by Russia’s Nord Stream 2 is to refuse to launch it. The pipeline is a threat to Europe.

According to Morawiecki, Warsaw is confident that Nord Stream 2 will give the Kremlin more opportunities to put pressure on Ukraine and the EU.

“We point out these risks, the possibility of blackmail and the possibility of tightening the energy loop around the neck of our neighbor, Ukraine. We are trying to work out solutions with German partners that would respond to these risks,” the Polish prime minister explained.
