The Salamanca actor Álvaro Mel was left with honey on his lips this Saturday night by not winning the Forqué award as the best male interpreter in a television series for his role in “La Fortuna”, by Alejandro Amenábar. He was competing with none other than Javier Cámara, who was the winner for his role in ‘Venga Juan’, with whom he thus achieved his second recognition in the Forqué after five nominations.
‘The good boss‘, awarded for best film, and’Iron‘, recognized as the best series, have been the winners of the XXVII edition of the Forqué Awards gala, which on this occasion wanted to pay tribute to the 80s in Spain.
The gala started with a musical performance by Javier Gurruchaga, which has had the collaboration of the actress Mara Hazas and the journalist Elena S. The award for the best fiction and animation feature film has gone to ‘The Good Patron’, while its protagonist Javier Bardem he has won the award for best male performance, an award that has been collected by his shooting partner, Almudena Amor, who has highlighted the actor as “a human being and a very good worker who makes him very great.”
Also, the actress Blanca Portillo has received the award for best female performance for ‘Maixabel’. “There is nothing that can give actors greater happiness than abandoning you, disappearing and being another human being to tell a story.
