Summary of the opportunity:
Under the supervision of the Regulatory Business Manager of Nova Bus, the Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs Intern will be responsible for various tasks related to the certification of coaches, in order to ensure that the developed product complies with the Laws and the technical requirements applicable to transport vehicles. He will be an integral part of the development and implementation of a new audit process on the production line, including the training of other teams involved.

Your challenges to achieve:

  • Support the daily activities of the Regulatory Affairs team;
  • Analyze the regulations in force in order to determine the relevant requirements and the conformity of our products;
  • Communicate with various sectors of the organization in our St-Eustache plant to coordinate / plan certification activities;
  • Update the certification documentation;
  • Assist the team with the creation and implementation of a certification audit process;
  • Support the training of people who will serve in this process;
  • Classify the deliverables in the attracted directories to keep traceability of the documentation submitted for the certifications of our vehicles;

Required profile :

  • Full-time undergraduate student in electrical / mechanical / industrial engineering or other relevant discipline;
  • Have completed 2 years of courses;
  • Dynamic and Motivated Personality;
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness;
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
