Comparison: taxidermist has to delete video

An employee of the Munich University Hospital caused a sensation with a video in which she led her viewers through the morgue and criticized the corona policy. Now she and her employer met in court. According to a report, the judge also mentioned the “bird” shown.
According to a video she shared on Instagram, in which she was indignant about corona measures, an employee of the Ludwig Maximilians University (LMU) in Munich had to delete the video again, according to a report. “Such a video may not be shot in the LMU area,” the “Bild” newspaper quotes a judge at the labor court in Munich. The clinic management had requested the deletion by urgent application. Incidentally, the judge emphasized that the taxidermist was allowed to express her opinion in public.
In the video in question, the employee in the morgue vented her anger about the corona policy. She criticized that unvaccinated medical workers now have to pay for a PCR test themselves and said that only 3 of the 22 deaths in the morgue lockers that she is holding the camera at had died of corona. “We have the state of emergency in Germany not because of Corona, but because of the shortage of skilled workers,” she said, for example.
After getting a lot of attention for it, the woman posted a new video. In this she says: “Everything got a little out of hand, not as I wanted.” In addition, she clearly distanced herself from the “lateral thinker” scene, which she and others celebrated for the video, and explained that Corona is dangerous and could cause severe long-term damage and even death. However, she stuck to her critical stance towards the Corona policy.
According to the report, the taxidermist agreed to the deletion of the video – so a comparison was made. Her lawyer said, “My client will delete it quickly and as well as possible.” After a critical comment by the judge about a “bird” shown in the video, the taxidermist characterized the movement of her finger to the head as a sign that one should think about it.
The taxidermist will probably not stop at the one appearance before the labor court. The university banned the young woman from the house and released her from duty. “A termination without notice will also be initiated,” the message said. According to the “Bild” newspaper, the taxidermist wants to take legal action against it, which will probably happen from the beginning of next year.
