We have known for a long time that Tesla has a huge crowd of fans who are able to pre-order basically anything. The Cybertruck pickup truck introduced two years ago showed it again – a lot of people have ordered it, even though they only saw the concept.
–
Some of these people are probably willing to order accessories for a car that they don’t know what it will look like on the road in the end. Plus, not cheap. This is shown by a recent report from the company Stream It, which issued a statement on its Facebook profile that it had collected one hundred million dollars (2.25 billion crowns) in pre-orders for its residential box for a cybertruck, called CyberLandr.
–
Of course it’s a bit of marketing. The company does not have $ 100 million in accounts from customers, but has collected 2,000 pre-orders associated with a down payment of $ 100 to $ 5,000 (approximately 2.3-113 thousand crowns). Yet he says that two thousand people have reserved a thing that not only has not yet been made – the pictures only show illustrations of cyberlanders – but not even the car the thing is supposed to fit in has been made, and no one has even seen it in production.
–
In addition, the accessory is not exactly cheap, it is to be sold for $ 49,995, ie 1.13 million crowns. And when someone invests a $ 5,000 deposit in a reservation, it probably doesn’t just make fun of it. At the same time, he still doesn’t know if he fits comfortably on the bed with his dear half.
–
It must be added, however, that the idea of a cyberlander is not bad at all, and one can see the price of well over a million crowns in it. It is an electrically retractable living insert for the body of the cybertruck, which can be completely hidden under the blind of the concept body.
–
Inside there is space for two people, folding and adjustable tables, a sink, an induction cooker and a refrigerator, and even a small bathroom with a toilet. The bed is made of a pair of chairs, entertainment can be provided by a 32 ”television, there are relatively large solar panels on the roof for recharging energy and instead of curtains there are electrochromatic dimming windows.

However, some elements are a bit sci-fi. For example, the stove should be invisible – we hope not completely, so that one knows at least where to place the casserole. And the faucet at the sink knows four ways to release water – a lever, a motion sensor, a voice or a phone application. This also controls the entire insert, including sliding it out of the body.

What is not yet known is, for example, the water supply, the location of the tanks or whether the huge solar panels on the roof supply only the battery of the residential insert or whether the cyberlander electrical system is somehow connected to the traction battery of the cybertruck.
