Weingut Bieselin is the host of Weinkult Breisgau – Ettenheim

On Saturday from 6 p.m., the Badische Zeitung will broadcast the wine tasting with food and music from Ettenheim.

(gz). If you want to learn new things about the Breisgau wine region and the subject of wine, you have the opportunity to do so on Saturday. Because the Badische Zeitung will broadcast the second edition of the online Weinkult-Breisgau live from the Bieselin winery in Ettenheim on December 11th from 6 p.m.

In the run-up to the event, over 650 wine boxes with almost 8000 wine bottles were sold. These also include three wines from winemakers in the region:

The twelve sparkling wines and wines in the wine packages will be tasted and discussed on Saturday by twelve winemakers, the sommelier Corinna Sauerburger, the Baden wine queen Katrin Lang and the presenter of the show, BZ wine expert Gerold Zink. Even those who have not bought a wine box in the run-up to the second online Weinkult-Breisgau can watch the program on the Badische Zeitung homepage. During the approximately two and a half hour live broadcast, there is also cooking and singing. Lukas Frysch, former head chef of the famous “Wolfshöhle” restaurant in Freiburg, will prepare a three-course menu. As a starter there is parsley root soup with sweet shallots and walnuts, for the main course roasted duck breast with chili honey, sautéed red cabbage, Brussels sprouts and chestnuts and for dessert Baden Striebele with apple compote and ice cream. The Desirée Lobé Band from Lahr will provide the music for the evening. During the production, only the actors of the program will be present at the Bieselin winery. No spectators are allowed on site.
