Exactly a year ago today, the first vaccination against Corona was carried out. Many people are still skeptical or afraid of the vaccination or a possible mandatory vaccination. In view of the soon-to-be-expected recommendation of vaccination for children from the age of five, parents ask themselves the question: should I have my child vaccinated?

There are answers right in the morning
Already in the early morning there are questions and answers about corona vaccination on the radio waves BAYERN 1, BAYERN 2, BAYERN 3 and BR24 as well as on BR24.de and in the social media channels of BR24. For example, the BR science editor Jeanne Turczynski answered the most frequent questions from the listeners of BAYERN 3 at the “Frühauflaufern” (early turners). Scientists then provided information on vaccinations for children and pregnant women.
Bayern 2 extra: Call
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the special call-in program “Bayern 2 extra: Together against Corona – can we make it with the vaccination?” The telephones are switched from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., you can call at 0800 – 94 95 95 5. It will be moderated by Ulrike Ostner and Achim Bogdahn.

At 7:05 p.m., the chairwoman of the Bavarian Ethics Council, Susanne Breit-Keßler, takes a seat on the Blue Couch at BAYERN 1. She talks to moderator Thorsten Otto about the gap between vaccinated and non-vaccinated people, which many people now feel in their everyday lives.
At 8:15 p.m. TV special with renowned experts
At 8:15 pm, BR TV will broadcast the 90-minute special “Together against Corona – Your questions about vaccination” with renowned experts and a permanent studio hotline that can be reached on the telephone number 0800 – 59 00 597 or by email at [email protected]. The guests of the moderators Franziska Eder and BR editor-in-chief Christian Nitsche include the doctor and ARD colleague Eckart von Hirschhausen.
