New York has an impressive number of museums and there really is something for everyone! Ideal tours for rainy days.

• If you love art, you’ll be in for a treat at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York equivalent of the Louvre. Also discover the magnificent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Guggenheim Museum and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
• If you’re a fan of aviation, head to the deck and passageways of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, the aeronautics and space museum housed in a former aircraft carrier from the US Navy.
• Also take advantage of the rainy days to immerse yourself in the history of September 11, 2001. I really recommend that you visit the National Museum of September 11, built on the site of the Twins Towers. You can also visit the exciting Ground Zero Museum Worskhop, a private museum dedicated to September 11, 2001.
• On a completely different, lighter note, have fun taking selfies at the Madame Tussauds wax museum in Times Square.
