What are the requirements and how can I apply to the IFE Laboral?
During December, workers who have signed a new employment contract can apply to the Labor IFE between November 1 and December 31.
To receive the benefit, they must meet the following requirements:
- Have a new employment contract (in the current month or maximum the month prior to the application). For this, SENCE will check that you do not register pension and health contributions in the previous 3 months by the same employer for which you are applying for this benefit.
- Have a gross monthly salary less than or equal to 3 Minimum Monthly Income ($1.011.000).
- Have been unemployed during the entire month prior to the start of the new employment contract. For this, SENCE will check that you do not register pension and health contributions for any employer the month prior to the start of your new contract.
To apply for the Labor IFE you have to enter the site https://www.subsidioalempleo.cl/ and click on “New IFE Laboral”.
There you will have to select “apply to the Labor IFE” and log in with RUT and Unique Password.
