As part of its missions and activities, Syctom implements competitive tendering procedures: public procurement procedures, obeying the public procurement code (contracts with an adapted procedure or formalized contracts), and procedures related to the marketing of products from waste treatment. The union strives to guarantee freedom of access to its public orders, equal treatment of candidates and transparency of its procedures.
