Growth continues for Capgemini

The group is positioned as a strategic partner for the digital transformation of large companies and organizations by relying on the Cloud, data management and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

“This need in terms of recruitment is the result of the evolution of the uses of our customers, of the new way of consuming users with in particular the digitalization of services, online sales or connected objects, underlines Jean-François Valente, Director of the Eastern Region and of the Capgemini sites in Grenoble. But also to accelerate our complete support offer for the smart industry with issues relating to AI and data exploitation. “

Easier access to technology and power prompted the group to “develop more cleanly, first thinking about uses before digitizing. Or how to consume differently to reduce its environmental and societal impact ”. Capgemini has signed a four-year partnership with Grenoble INP-Ensimag, for the creation of the responsible Digital Chair.

Until November 9, 2025, the Grenoble INP – Ensimag and Capgemini teams will work closely together around this chair, which aims to raise students’ awareness of digital issues, train them and make them actors of the transformation. The partners plan in particular educational interventions taking into account eco-design issues as well as training in the responsible digital fresco. The detailed program is currently being co-constructed by the two partners.
