As part of the Brazilian CCXP, Sony has a first clip from the upcoming Marvel film Morbius released. This shows the eponymous anti-hero and his transformation into the vampire Morbius. There is also a new poster. In Germany, the comic book version is currently announced for January 28th.
Morbius tells the story of Dr. Michael Morbius, who suffers from a rare disease. After many years, he finally comes across a cure, but it goes beyond conventional medicine. Morbius then developed superhuman strength, but also an insatiable thirst for blood, which of course brings some problems with it.
The title role in Morbius plays Jared Leto. In addition, Matt Smith (Doctor Who) as Loxias Crown, Adria Arjona (Good Omens) als Martine Bancroft, Jared Harris (The Crown) und Tyrese Gibson (Fast and the Furious) seen in the film. The director was Daniel Espinosa (Life, Safe House) active, the script was written by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama (Lost in Space).
