new duo –
TV Nova presents a new moderating pair of Televizní noviny – Veronika Petruchová and Martin Čermák, who will be sitting at the moderator’s table in the new news studio for the first time today. He will join the existing duo Lucia Borhy (43) and Rey Koranteng (47) and Kristina Kloubková (44) with Martin Pouva (57). She was the first to inform about the new moderating pairedakce eXtra.cz a few days ago with the proviso that Renata Czadernová (36) is not returning to the most watched news program.

New faces
Both new faces of Televizní noviny are already well known to TV Nova viewers. Veronika Petruchová (26) studied journalism and new media. She joined Nova in 2015 as an news editor, then devoted herself to filming reports from the world of show business and the world of celebrities. Gradually, she began to moderate, first the morning Televizní noviny, gradually other formats were added – Breakfast with Nova and Noon and Afternoon TN. During this year, also TN Live, which is a live broadcast on the TN.cz website.
In her free time, Veronika walks in nature with her dog Woody, plays volleyball and likes to attend social and cultural events. “I look forward to moderating the evening Television newspaper. Martin and I trained honestly, even though it probably can’t be perfectly prepared for such a show, it’s a live broadcast in which you have to constantly respond to current events. And I have to admit that I appreciate that, unlike my previous experience, I have a partner next to me, so I believe that we can always do it in two, “says Veronika Petruchová.
Martin Čermák (30) has been with TV Nova for ten years, so far he has moderated Sportovní noviny and since 2018 he has also been the head of the issue., which involves supervising the form and content of the entire session, arranging staff trips or coordinating colleagues in the newsroom and in the regions.
Martina enjoys languages very much, thanks to a year of study in Brazil she is fluent in Portuguese. He likes to read and would like to write a book. “I perceive Televizní noviny as the most prestigious place that can be achieved in my profession in the Czech Republic. It is a great responsibility and a huge opportunity for both of us to continue to improve. I am very much looking forward to this new role and I will humbly perform it as best I can, “adds Martin Čermák.
