French global asset manager Natixis Investment Managers has appointed Emily Askham as its international chief marketing officer. Askham is coming from Axa Investment Managers and will take up her new role in January 2022.
Emily Askham is responsible for institutional as well as wholesale and retail marketing. In addition, she will oversee the areas of digital, content & advertising, roadshows, events and the RFP team at Natixis IM.
According to the company, the new appointment is part of the strategy to further expand customer orientation. In close cooperation with the fund houses belonging to Natixis Investment Managers, Askham will target existing and new customers in a more targeted and differentiated manner.
Together with the product teams, she develops concepts in order to include all relevant customer experiences and to shorten the time from the first sales concept to market launch.
Natixis IM manages client assets of around 2 trillion. Euro.
Emily Askham has over twelve years of financial marketing experience. She comes from AXA Investment Managers, where she worked for almost seven years and has held the position of Global Head of Retail and Wholesale Marketing since 2019. Before joining Axa IM, she worked for M&G Investments.
