A 17-year-old student is the fourth fatality in Tuesday’s shooting at a Michigan school.

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the death of Justin Shilling on Wednesday.

The other three victims of the incident were identified as 14-year-old Hana St. Juliana; Madisyn Baldwin, 17; and Tate Myre, 16.

In addition to the four fatalities, at least seven people were injured: a teacher and other students between the ages of 14 and 17.

This Wednesday the authorities identified Ethan Crumbley, a 15-year-old student also from Oxford High School as the prime suspect in the shooting, who was charged with murder, terrorism, assault and possession of firearms.

The authorities have not yet mentioned the possible motives that led the young man to shoot his companions.

The sheriff’s office revealed that the suspect had used a SigSauer 9mm semi-automatic pistol that his father had purchased just four days prior to the incident.

After a review of the school’s security videos, Sheriff Michael Bouchard revealed that the suspect had come out of one of the restrooms and started firing indiscriminately at students in the hallway.

The 911 emergency service began receiving calls around 12:51 pm local time on Tuesday alerting to what was happening at Oxford High School.

The emergency service received more than 100 calls reporting the incident.

At a press conference Tuesday, Oakland County Police Deputy Commissioner Michael McCabe reported that Crumbley had turned himself in without resisting authorities at the time of his arrest and that he had invoked his right to remain silent.

They investigate the suspect’s social networks
The Oakland Sheriff’s Office reported that it had conducted a search of the suspect’s home to find information that could shed light on the shooting.

In addition, said Commissioner Bouchard, the authorities are investigating the young man’s social networks to try to find information that may reveal the motive for the crime.

Initially, authorities found that the suspect had posted a photo of the gun he used in the attack hours before the attack.
