A city trip after the shooting of his film ‘Zillion’ has turned out to be a difficult situation for Matteo Simoni (34). The actor and his partner Loredana Falone are stuck in Morocco, without their daughter Giulia.

The couple planned to fly home on Tuesday, but their flight was cancelled. Morocco has closed its borders and airspace due to the corona flare-up. “So we’re stuck,” Loredana said. “Not bad in itself, but it was not the intention to make a long journey. The idea of not being able to return home is not fun. Fortunately, Matteo is a good crisis manager.”
The two are currently enjoying a longer vacation. They fill the time by surfing and video calling with Giulia. “She is in the best hands at home.”
