Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin gave ABC News his first official interview since the tragedy on the set of the movie “Rust”, which teaser published on the website of the publication. The interview, in which Baldwin talked about the incident in detail, was conducted by the presenter of the channel, George Stephanopoulos. In it, the actor claims that he did not press the trigger of the pistol from which the operator Galina Hutchins was mortally wounded.

“I didn’t pull the trigger… I would never point a gun at anyone and press the hook — never,” the actor said in an interview, the full version of which will become available on December 3 at 3:00 Kiev time.

Baldwin also speculated that someone had inserted a cartridge into a revolver “which shouldn’t even have been” on set.

Recall that during the filming of the western “Rust” in New Mexico, 63-year-old actor Alec Baldwin accidentally shot cameraman Galina Hutchins.
