Krefeld / Tönisvorst / Duisburg / Meerbusch / Münster. The Alexians in Krefeld get a new managing director. Dr. Ralf Paland (55) succeeds Matthias Becker (45), who will move to the main management of another major denominational sponsor in the new year. Since September of this year, Paland has been working as a senior consultant in the Alexianer parent company, Alexianer GmbH. Before that he was managing director of Elisabeth-Krankenhaus Kassel GmbH.
“We are pleased to have won Ralf Paland, an experienced hospital manager for this important position in Krefeld,” says Karsten Honsel, who is responsible for the Krefeld region on the Alexianer management board. With well over 2,000 employees, Krefeld is one of the large, traditional Alexian regions in Germany. The location plays an important role in our overall strategy. “
Matthias Becker has been in charge of the Alexians in Krefeld since September 2020. “In this short time, he has achieved a lot and, together with the managers, set the course for the future. We wish Mr. Becker all the best for his future and good luck with his new challenge, ”continued Honsel.
The Alexianer Krefeld GmbH with its facilities, subsidiaries and holdings forms the Alexianer Region Krefeld / Tönisvorst. It includes the Maria Hilf Hospital in Krefeld, medical supply centers, facilities for the elderly and reintegration in Krefeld, Tönisvorst, Duisburg and Meerbusch. A total of 2336 people work there.
