They sang a song from Cinderella in Czech television

Singers Christian Ingebritsen, Gaute Ormåsen and Maria Arredond spoke about the upcoming Christmas tour as part of a morning show on the Norwegian television station TV2. And what would it be like in Norway for Christmas without the Three Nuts for Cinderella.

That’s why they sang the title song of the fairy tale accompanied by the guitars and they did very well. At the end, they received a well-deserved applause from the moderators of the morning show.

Norwegians have a weakness for the Czech-German fairy tale. It has been broadcast on local television since the 1970s, and several generations have grown up on it. It is especially popular thanks to the actor Knut Risan, who cursed all the roles and his unmistakable performance was deeply engraved in the hearts of the Norwegians.

This year, a Norwegian remake of the fairy tale, which will be shown in Czech cinemas under the title Three Wishes for Cinderella, also came to cinemas.

As is usual with remakes, viewers received the new film rather lukewarmly. The reviews in the media are a bit more conciliatory, critics especially appreciate the confident performance of the new Norwegian Cinderella, the singer Astrid S. and the charming Norwegian scenery.
