He points out that dating talks are underway with the new manufacturers to see how ready they are to work with Rimi. Manufacturers whose products would be of interest to buyers and who will be able to provide sufficient volumes will be able to start negotiations on the introduction of products on the shelves of Rimi stores, but manufacturers who offer smaller volumes will have the opportunity to enter the concept store “Klēts”. After consulting with Rimi specialists, manufacturers whose products have the potential to reach the shelves of Rimi or Klēts will have the opportunity to improve the specification of their products or improve their production cycle to meet the required quality requirements.

“The speed with which new products reach stores depends on a number of factors: the readiness of manufacturers to react quickly and make the necessary improvements, production capacity and other conditions.
