Crocodiles can lie motionless in the water for hours on end, sometimes making it look like the animals are dead or fake. A 68-year-old man thought he saw such a ‘plastic’ crocodile in a swimming pool at a Philippine amusement park, so he jumped into the water to take a selfie. The reptile, however, was flesh and blood, and it showed. Nehemiah Chipada was able to quickly free himself and survived the incident, but the crocodile broke his arm and the teeth caused deep wounds
