Three injured in an accident on the Chartres bypass

Three people were injured in a traffic accident between two vehicles, Thursday, November 25, around 6:45 p.m., on the Chartres bypass, near Coudray.

A 39-year-old man, ejected, was seriously injured and transported to Louis-Pasteur hospital, in Coudray.

A 19-year-old woman, who got stuck in her cabin, was extricated. Injured, she was evacuated, as well as an injured 4-year-old child, in the same hospital.

A 23-year-old woman, involved in the collision but not injured, refused to be transported to hospital, according to the Eure-et-Loir Departmental Fire and Rescue Service.

This accident caused major traffic jams on the ring road. Firefighters from Chartres, Lucé, Nogent-le-Roi and a medical team from Smur intervened.
