Chelsea defeated H-Group over Juventus Turin 4-0 with goals from Trevoh Chalobah, Reeca James, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Tim Werner.
United triumphed in the F-group on FC Villarreal 2-0 thanks to accurate hits by Cristiano Ronald and Jadon Sanch.
Chelsea and Juventus had enough points to advance to the knockout, but “The Blues” went after the victory from the beginning.
