Split in Bosnia increases the risk of a new civil war.

He is one of three presidents in Bosnia-Herzegovina and talks about his fellow president Milorad Dodik. Dodik is accused of provoking a crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Fears are mounting that it may spread to the rest of the former Yugoslavia.
