Likewise, it registers potential donors, who must provide a unit of blood for its study and determination of genetic data.
Donor need
The Ministry of Public Health reminds the population of the importance of being regular, spontaneous and voluntary donors, without the need for blood for a family member or close friends.
There is a demand for blood for patients throughout the province at all times. Without people who contribute voluntarily, it is impossible to meet the needs, which is a serious problem.
For this reason, people over 16 years of age in good health are invited to donate spontaneously, attending the Regional Hemotherapy Center, Bolívar 687, from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., or on Saturdays, from 7 to 12. For more information, you can call 4215020.
