Apple has a fine of € 134.5 million and Amazon has a fine of € 68.7 million.

The AGCM notes that an agreement between the two companies in 2018 has prevented official and unofficial resellers of Apple and Beats products from using Amazon.it.

The purpose of this agreement was to limit the number of retailers and the volume of cross-border trade, the administration explains.

Consumers have suffered as a result of the agreement, as at least 70% of electronics purchased in Italy were purchased on Amazon.
