Steps:
1. Create an outlook account with the USA region, preferably Alaska state.
2. Configure your XBox from the beginning.
3. In the Xbox settings, you also set the region as USA (preferably Alaska).
4. Buy a Game Pass Ultimate code (it has 25 characters, I did it via Eneba, the cheapest 14-day trial).
5. On Xbox you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate using the code.
