Hitekno.com – WhatsApp reported to be doing the test again new features which will be presented to the device Android.

Previously in September, WhatsApp was reported to be working on a message reaction feature similar to Instagram’s Direct Messages (DM).

Now the latest report reveals this new feature is already available in beta for Android devices.

This feature was first discovered by WABetaInfo. With this, the message reaction feature can be tested by beta testers.

Quoted from Pocketnow, Sunday (11/21/2021), beta testers on WhatsApp Android can now see notification options for message reactions.

That is, users can find out if the message gets a response from the other person.

This feedback feature applies to both individual and group chats. Unfortunately there is no information when this feature will be rolled out.

Previously, this notification option has also appeared for the iOS version of WhatsApp. It is believed this feature will be available in the next update, both on iOS and Android.

Later, this reaction feature will be present in a small box at the bottom of the message.

In a screenshot shared by WABetaInfo in September, this response appears with three different emojis and the number seven indicating who responded to the message.

As per reports, these reactions will not appear anonymous. This means that everyone who joins the conversation can see who sent the emoji reaction.

This feature will be similar to what is on Instagram.

When juxtaposed with other messaging applications, this new WhatsApp feature is also similar to the one that has appeared in Apple’s iMessage.

We’ll have to wait until WhatsApp rolls out the new feature of message reactions to Android devices. (Voice.com/ Dicky Prastya).
