To do this, customers can contact Halo BCA at 1500888 or the haloBCA application to replace the old ATM card. Using this method there is a shipping fee of Rp. 20 thousand. That way, the card will be sent directly to the customer’s address without the hassle of coming to the bank again.
As for the required documents:
1. BCA/ATM BCA Debit Card replacement form through Halo BCA which has been filled out and signed
2. Photo KTP-el
3. Selfie photo with KTP-el
Now this feature can also be used by customers who already use an ATM card chip. So customers who have just opened a BCA account via online can also get an ATM card from home.
