Jakarta (ANTARA) –
Apple released an update to its mobile operating system to fix dropped calls on iPhone devices, including the iPhone 12 and 13.
The release of iOS 15.1.1, the latest version of iOS 15.1, fixes the issue of decreased call performance on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 as well as the usual bug fixes, the US online website Apple Insider said, quoted by Yonhap, Friday.
iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 users recently reported experiencing consistent dropped calls on their devices, preventing them from receiving incoming calls.
Apple users in online communities in South Korea have also reported similar experiences, especially among those who subscribe to LG Uplus Corp., South Korea’s main telecommunications operator.
An official at LG Uplus said the company had received complaints among its customers and was working to identify the exact cause.
Users can now update to the latest iOS from the Settings app on their device.
