A cat was found in the van of a convenience store heating engineer, Saturday, November 13. The man had just returned to his business in Musièges, after having carried out an intervention in Dingy-Saint-Clair (Haute-Savoie). The company alerted the association “Les Félins des Cimes” and the animal was then taken care of, report The Dauphiné Libéré.

“No disappearance has been reported but we believe it belongs to someone. Photos will be posted in the shops of Dingy-Saint-Clair, we hope to find the owner, that he contacts us on the Facebook page of the Félins des Cimes, like anyone who recognizes him. This mishap also shows the importance of having your animal identified, which is mandatory ”, explained Marie Brun, president of the association, to our colleagues.

The animal placed in a foster family

“He is not castrated but bears a distinctive mark, he is shaved at the level of the neck on a small square of three centimeters by three, the sign of a recent blood test”, she clarified. While waiting to find the owners, the feline was taken in by a host family in Valleiry, the local newspaper indicates.
