The Prague Stock Exchange recorded a very successful start to the new week, when the PX index strengthened by 1.33%. Avast shares were at the forefront of growth, strengthening by almost 6% to CZK 176.55. Avast shareholders will approve the merger with NortonLifeLock at the general meeting this week. Losses from the end of last week were erased by ČEZ, which strengthened by 1.52% to CZK 735. Electricity prices have also moved higher today. Banking stocks closed today without significant changes. Komerční banka weakened by 0.11% to CZK 922, while Moneta Money Bank strengthened slightly by 0.23% to CZK 88. There was also a slight final change in Erste Group (-0.1%, CZK 1,028), but there was higher volatility as in recent days. The daily range was between 1017 – 1042 CZK. Kofola has moved to CZK 330, which will trade for the last time (Thursday, November 18) with the right to a dividend. The title recorded growth of 0.61%. Another significant movement was seen today on the Start market, where eMan shares moved 37% to CZK 162.
