A few years ago, the gaming giant Take Two started the publisher Private Division and since then the publisher has worked to release titles such as Hades and The Outer Worlds. It has now become known that the Private Division has started shopping for game developers and first out is the OlliOlli developers Roll7, with whom the Private Division has previously collaborated. In a statement, Roll7 boss Simon Bennett says this:
“Private Division has been an incredible publishing partner for OlliOlli World, and we’re elated to continue to grow as a studio as part of the label. Private Division has empowered our amazing team to raise the bar on our creativity and scope for OlliOlli World. Joining the label puts us in a great position to continue to grow and to set our sights on achieving our ambition to become a pre-eminent global video games developer.”
How much the Private Division has raised for Roll7 is currently unknown. Roll7’s upcoming OlliOlli World, which you have a trailer for above, will be released next month.
