This Astronomia Watch is More Expensive than the Cost of Flying into Space

JAKARTA – Manufacturer of premium watches Jacob & Co released the Astronomia Maestro Worldtime watch which costs more than the cost of flying into space. The watch, which was inspired by human efforts to reach outer space, said Gizmodo had a fantastic price of USD 780,000 or the equivalent of Rp. 11.02 billion.

According to them the price is more expensive than the cost incurred to fly into space. Take for example the ticket charged by Virgin Galactic for tourists who want to fly into space. To get to outer space, the ticket charged reaches USD 450,000 or almost Rp. 6.5 billion.

Likewise with tickets sold by a company called World View. Using a special balloon, World View sells travel tickets to outer space at a price of USD 50,000 or equivalent to Rp. 706.5 million.

Quoted by the Dupont Registry, the watch will be limited. Only 18 super-rich people in the world can get the watch. Interestingly, these people must have a strong background with space. At least love the world of astronomy.

This watch made by Jacob & Co. is indeed very special. Inside the watch, there are many very special ornaments, such as a picture of the solar system that was hand-painted.

The material of the watch is no less interesting, namely using 18 carat rose gold. The tourbillon technology in the watch is also very unique in that there are miniature astronauts and the earth that are described as being an important part of space exploration.

To balance the super exclusive look of the watch, Jacob & Co. has also specially made a bracelet made of 18 ct gold. Likewise with the watch glass which is made of sapphire crystal. Currently, Jacob & Co. has opened an order line through their official website.
